At the next visit, all metal copings were fitted over the prepared teeth (Fig. 15-42). Once again a wax interocclusal record of centric relation was made, and plaster indices were taken to pick up the copings. The laboratory procedures involved soldering the copings together and adding the pontics to fill the edentulous area on the left side of the maxilla. The last pontic was hollowed out and fitted passively over the soft tissues covering the maxillary tuberosity. The two unilateral lower pros-
