The upper and lower master casts were articulated (Fig. 12-117, A). In the completed dentures (Fig. 12-117, B) the maxillary denture snapped over the palatal attachments, and the mandibular denture fit

over the mandibular subperiosteal implant that was needed.

The undersurfaces of both dentures reveal the special attachments (Fig. 12-118, A).
