Pterygoid extension bilateral
A partial restoration with cantilevered copings was fitted to prepared teeth (1-3). The implants were then inserted bilaterally (4,5), and the sites closed and allowed to heal (6,7). With the final splints in place, the patient has a pleasing appearance and a sturdy, serviceable restoration.
