Pterygoid extension bilateral
The teeth were prepared (1,2), and attachments cantilevered from the restoration (3). The bilateral pterygoid extension implants were designed on the stone model (4,5) and inserted (6). Healing was uneventful (7), and the insertion of the final splints completed the case (8,9).
