Partial subperiosteal support

In another unilateral subperiosteal case, the ridge was exposed (1) and an impression taken (2,3,4). When the subperiosteal implant returned from the laboratory (5), it was tried in the site (6). Then anterior to it, a blade-vent was inserted and the subperiosteal implant reseated, and the tissues closed (7). When the full-arch restoration was finished, it was secured by a combination of natural and artificial abutments (8-10).
