The patient wanted to replace a bulky denture (1) for an almost totally edentulous arch (2) with a palateless fixed restoration. The ridge was reduced anteriorly to gain a longer potential implant site and avoid a pinched situation (3). Thus three implants and one tooth helped attain the goal (7,8).
