Additional support was needed unilaterally (1) for a partial fixed restoration. This was achieved by seating a bladevent deep within the canine pillar, and a double-posted subsinus bladevent. The completed restoration was inserted over prepared natural abutments and the bladevents, greatly improving the patient's comfort and appearance.
