Endosteal blades

right intratooth left free-end

In this patient two types of sinus-circumventing bladevents were used bilaterally. The patient's own natural anterior teeth were unattractive (I), so a full-arch restoration was planned. The natural and artificial abutments (2) provided ample support for the attractive full-arch replacement (3,4), the occlusion of which was carefully balanced (5,6) to avoid traumatic displacement of both natural and artificial abutments.
