In a similar case, there was enough bone below the sinus for a double-posted bladevent (1) where the patient originally had a precision removable attachment case. The single attachment was cut off from the removable prosthesis and soldered to the anterior crown of the new fixed bridge (2). It was then fitted into the female attachment (3) in the three-quarter arch restoration (4).
