Posterior free end blade support

Unilateral examples of good bone under the sinus are not atypical, and constitute a good portion of the cases seen in young people. Here an extraction was necessary (1,2), and two teeth mesial to the span prepared for inclusion in the restoration (3). A double-posted bladevent was inserted (4,5), and an attractive partial restoration fashioned for the site (7,8).
