tooth abutment support

Between the canine and the first bicuspid the patient had a large diastema (1,2) that was esthetically unappealing in the patient's mind. The bone in the region was ample for a single-tooth bladevent set bucco-palatally (3,4). The healed implant site and prepared first bicuspid (5) were fitted with a two-unit restoration that the patient found extremely satisfying.
