Endosteal blade anterior single tooth abutment support
Large diastemas and esthetics (1) suggested a two-unit restoration for the incisors. The abnormal, loose right incisor was extracted (2), and a single-tooth bladevent inserted deep beyond the shallow socket (3). The restoration is a simple, attractive solution (4,5).
