Pterygoid extension

In this bladevent-supported, old design pterygoid extension implant (1,2), the final results are particularly hand-some (3 through 6). Although the implant design has been considerably improved and similar situations approached today in a more simplified fashion, the case continues to function beautifully and the patient remains delighted.
