Subperiosteal unilateral left endosteal blades right and anterior

The midline and an open socket (2, arrow) limit this anterior situation to a narrow, single-tooth bladevent (postop radiograph) on one side of the arch. First a unilateral subperiosteal implant is made for a fragile posterior area (3) and then the bladevents are inserted (4,5).
