Full arch blade — subperiosteal combinations

Subperiosteal unilateral left endosteal blades right and anterior

Because of poor posterior implant potential (preoperative radiograph), additional support in the form of double-posted bladevents was advisable (2,3). A unilateral subperiosteal implant (4) and a bucco-palatally set bladevent in the tuberosity (5) completed balanced implant support for a fixed, palateless restoration (6-8).
