Adequate bone

bilateral low sinus

Two bladevents were used in a long, posteriorly edentulous span (1). The more proximal was a single-tooth bladevent set in front of the sinus, and the distal a tuberosity bladevent with a very low proximal shoulder (2). Such an implant can provide adequate support because its more distal shoulder is deep and set in solid tuberosity bone.
