Adequate bone unilateral low sinus

lntramucosal inserts (1) proved unsatisfactory in this case, so the patient requested an implant-supported restoration. There was adequate bone for bladevents, which were porcelain-coated in the bladevent portion, so they were used, with a particularly narrow-bodied design (2) inserted in the left maxillary tuberosity (3). The sites healed nicely (4,5), and to the patient's great satisfaction a full-arch, palateless restoration was made possible (6,7).
