then fastened to the mesostructure with the obliquely directed set screws. The bite was once again balanced (Fig. 10-203), and a postoperative radio-graph of the implants was taken (Fig. 10-204).

Case 21

A full arch reconstruction with a single anterior tooth remaining using a double rail template with triplants

The double rail template (a modification of Lew's single rail template) was fabricated on a master stone cast obtained from an original elastic impression (Fig. 10-205). It was inserted (Fig. 10-206) using oxyphosphate of zinc cement inside the coping for the remaining tooth. The triplant pins were driven through the predetermined holes (Fig. 10-207).
