tion with hard cement (Fig. 10-173). The right posterior bridge was then cemented into position with hard cement, being supported anteriorly by the gold coping and posteriorly by the prepared molar tooth (Fig. 10-174).

The left quadrant was then cemented into position by placing oxyphosphate of zinc cement in-

side the cuspid crown only (Fig. 10-175). The pin implants were drilled through the template and trimmed (Fig. 10-176), and the pins were then fused with acrylic cores. Sometimes, as in this case, the three pins are fused together with two acrylic cores instead of one because of the influence of the anatomic landmarks on the pin placement. For ex-
