A synergistic response is achieved by using endosteal blades in the anterior region (5), after extraction of bayselers teeth. An additional sinus circumventing blade is used posteriorly. After healing (7), an impression is taken to fabricate the permanent anterior splint. After insertion (8), a pterygoid impression is taken (11). Subsequently this is inserted with an overlay porcelain-to-metal casting (12). A full arch fixed prosthesis results (14-16).
