Additional support for a full-arch restoration was needed in an arch with few remaining teeth (1). Single-tooth bladevents were inserted anteriorly between the cuspids, and a single bladevent was seated in the right tuberosity to lessen the burden on the first molar (2). The finished restoration has a third molar crown over the tuberosity bladevent.
