Once again soft tissues pad an undercut ridge (1,2). This time the ridge is not knife-edge, which is unusual, but   

the undercut forces acutely angling the bladevents (3). Their posts are bent (4) to protrude into prosthodontical-   

ly more advantageous alignment that requires countersinking (5) to seat the implants correctly. The finished restoration is seated over beautifully healed, stable abutments (8,9).
