denture containing internal clip bars was also fabricated (Fig. 12-121, D) . The mesostructure was cemented over the implant posts (Fig. 12-122). The implant denture was fitted over the mesostructure and articulated (Fig. 12-123).

A Panorex (Fig. 12-124) shows the completed case. Note the single blade implant in the left cuspid region splinted to the remaining three subperiosteal implant posts with the fixed mesostructure (arrow points to the endosseous blade implant).
