pression of the entire maxilla adhesive to the model (Fig. 10-157).

A two-piece removable palateless denture with lingual set screws was fabricated. The set screws hold the denture securely in place and give the patient more confidence in the appliance. (The screws are not needed if the patient is satisfied without them.)

One of the pieces included processed acrylic teeth and a pink acrylic framework that fit flush with the tissues and gold copings. It was fabricated in order to build out the lips and fill out the face. The other
