Fig. 10-106. With the use of various types of occlusal templates, the occlusal planes of both posterior quadrants of the full arch fixed denture were fabricated to be geometrically parallel to one another.

Fig. 10-107. The prefabricated prosthesis was fitted in the mouth and indelible pencil marks were used on the fibromucosal tissue in the areas where the implants would be inserted. These markings were transferred to the tissue-bearing surfaces of the pontics, at which time large holes were made through the restorations to accommodate the implant shafts.
