the holes in the pontics, and the bridge is placed back into the mouth while the patient bites into centric occlusion. When the acrylic hardens, the bridge is removed with the gold copings fixed to the pontics and the excess acrylic is highly polished. Finally, the entire prosthesis is cemented into position with hard cement.

If the implants are not parallel and telescopic copings are undesirable, cold cure acrylic may be placed inside the holes made in the pontics and the bridge seated directly over the implant shafts with-out the gold copings. However, when doing this, it is imperative to remove the bridge in an up-and-
