Fig. 9-77. With the use of a specially designed occlusal template, denture teeth were temporarily used posteriorly on both sides to establish geometrically parallel occlusal planes. A to F, The upper denture teeth were waxed up to meet with the established lower plane. These were then tried in the mouth again for accuracy and esthetics. G, The lower full arch fixed denture was then fabricated from the original six anterior castings after the upper denture was processed. H, The completed prosthesis with the different implants that are to be used.
