The buccal flanges were made extremely bulky to fill out the "shrunken" cheeks. The full arch restoration was cemented, figs. 30, 31, and each individual "snap-on" partial restoration was fitted to place, figs. 32, 33, 34, 35, 36. Thus, full arch splinting was obtained, the psycho-logical problems of the patient were eliminated and the cheek problem was solved. Fig. 37 shows the post-operative x-ray.
