It is imperative that the anterior hollow tube component must slip completely passively over the corresponding symphyseal blade post. When all components fit passively to one another, they are separated from one another by first tapping upward each posterior horizontal bar. They are all dried thoroughly and then cemented into their proper positions with Duralay pumped in with a tuberculin type syringe, (Fig. 10 and 11). It is imperative to be certain that the patient leaves with a temporary acrylic provisional prosthesis with exact occlusal harmony. After healing, (Fig. 12) the final prosthesis (Fig. 13) is fitted into position (Figs. 14 & 15). Figure 16 shows a final x-ray.
