The modified toroplant idea was particularly promising when stable natural teeth were included (1,2). The toroplant was designed with its protruding posts (3) to balance the natural teeth (4,5) and brace against the bone investing the teeth (6). Thus balanced bilateral abutments (7) could support a natural looking, palateless, full-arch restoration (8-10).
